Sandra has over 25 years of experience in wealth management, trust banking and pension funds management. She has established and headed leading financial sector firms in Jamaica and currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Victoria Mutual Building Society Group and for Independence Park Limited. She is also a Commissioner on the Anti-Dumping and Subsidies Commission of Jamaica and President-elect of the Soroptimist International National Association.
She earned her MBA, Finance and Banking, from the Luben School of Business, Pace University, New York and B.Sc. (Hons.), Management Studies, from The University of the West Indies.
A Fellow of the Jamaica Institute of Management and a past vice-president of the Jamaica Chamber of Commerce, Sandra was named by the St. Hugh’s Past Students’ Association as its Distinguished Past Student for 2001. She has developed and delivered many financial planning and retirement seminars and motivational talks.
She has a 15 year old son, Nathan.
Sandra will share with guests in a small group setting her insights into life strategies and pre-retirement goals and plans in a one-hour rap session on Saturday, February 26 at 6:30 p.m. Then on Sunday morning at 10 a.m. in a two hour workshop, she will guide participants in preparing a business plan to attract funding – whether by loan or project. She will step you through starting up or expanding a business and possible funding sources. Bring along a plan that you may already have or start one during the workshop and benefit from her input.
The package costs are as follows:
For two persons in a room for one night + two persons at the workshops on Saturday and Sunday = US$165 or J$14,000
For one person in a room for one night + one person at the workshops on Saturday and Sunday = US$100 or J$8,500
