Two Seasons Talking Trees – Kingston Edition reader – Nova Gordon-Bell

Nova Gordon-Bell is a Jamaican writer and Head of the School of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of Technology, Jamaica.

A graduate of The University of the West Indies, Mona, she is a three-time gold medalist in the Jamaica Cultural Development Commission’s (JCDC) literary competition.

Her short stories and poetry appear in a number of local and international publications, such as the Jamaica Journal, published by the Institute of Jamaica, 22 Jamaican short stories: A selection of prizewinning short stories, published by LMH; Calabash Literary Magazine—a newsletter for writers of African and Asian descent, published by Centreprise Trust, UK.

Nova participated in the first staging of Talking Trees Literary Fiesta, held on the grounds of Two Seasons Guest House in Treasure Beach in May 2011.
